LINKING THE WORLD through Human Resource Development

AOTS, the Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship

is an expert training organization that promotes technical cooperation through training activities in Japan and abroad, focusing mainly on managers and engineers from developing countries.

We support human resource development of private sector companies in overseas countries, thereby contributing to the future mutual development of Japan and other countries and enhancing mutual understanding and friendly relations between them and Japan.

2010.3.31: AOTS Kuala Lumpur office will cease its office operations from 1st April 2010.
In Japanese fiscal year 2010 (from 1 April 2010 to 31 March 31 2011),
AOTS Jakarta Office will care for AOTS activities in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei
as well as ones in Indonesia.
