First of all, we would like to express our sincere sorrow and sympathy to the people in northern Japan who were harmed by the earthquake and tsunami.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation toward the warm messages from all around the world through phone calls, emails, facebook, etc., that cheered up the Japanese people. Also, we have received sincere offers from some Alumni Societies, overseas organizations, and individuals to send donations for the tsunami victims in Northern Japan through AOTS. We are very much grateful for your heartfelt concerns to Japan and Japanese people.

To response those offers, we would like to accept donations from abroad through bank remittance. Donation can be accepted either from organization or individuals.
(*For individuals, some AOTS Alumni Societies collect donations in their respective countries. Please contact AOTS Alumni Societies in your country first before you make donations individually)

All of the donations we receive will be donated through the Japanese Red Cross Society (http://www.jrc.or.jp/english/about/glance.html) and will be utilized to support those victims to restore calm and peaceful daily lives.
