- Health checkups for training participants after their arrival in Japan:
- All the participants are asked to fill out questionnaires to check whether they have symptoms such as a fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc., as well as have their temperature taken when they check in to the AOTS Training Centers.
- AOTS staff will check whether the participants have any suspicious symptoms by reviewing the questionnaires on the spot.
- Response to suspected cases:
- If anyone is found to have suspicious symptoms, AOTS will immediately contact the local health center and follow their instructions.
- Any person with suspicious symptoms is asked to stay in a specified private room in the training center to wait for instructions from the health center.

- All the people staying at the training center are encouraged to wash their hands, keep them clean (using disinfectant spray, etc.) and gargle well and as often as possible.
