In order to respond to the increasing needs for training in overseas countries, AOTS organizes overseas training programs, that is to say, group training programs implemented in overseas countries with lecturers dispatched from Japan. Since our overseas training programs are one very effective way for private companies to transfer the manufacturing and management know-how owned by Japanese companies, local industries in developing countries have also great expectations of them.
The AOTS overseas training program is divided into three types: programs organized by AOTS and implemented by implementing organizations such as private companies or public organizations (Type1), programs planned and conducted by AOTS itself mainly for countries where many Japanese companies have business operations (Type2), and programs planned and conducted by AOTS for Japanese SMEs (Type3).
