Shift to Online Distribution,
and Discontinuance of Magazine Publishing and Distribution

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to trainees who have read the AOTS magazine KENSHU. AOTS is planning a complete shift in our style of information distribution to ex-trainees. The print magazine will be discontinued in FY 2010, and move to our website.

AOTS is now planning the approach for promoting exchanges between AOTS and ex-trainees, or among ex-trainees through the Web. We think to be able to offer timely and rich provision of information like your posting articles, color photos and movies through the Internet, never before possible by print magazines.

Even KENSHU Magazine is the final issue, we'd like for you to think not to dissolve relationships with you ex-trainees, but to spread it effectively by the tool of the Internet with reasonable costs.

These specific planning is underway and you will receive notice when decisions are made. Please provide us with your current e-mail address.

The e-mail address you provided to AOTS will be used not only to strengthen the network of ex-trainees, but also to check out your great success and to plan our follow-up activity after your returning to your home countries.

If there is any change to your e-mail address recorded at AOTS (the one you entered on the registration card when you participated in AOTS training, unless you later notified us of a change), or if you want to register a new e-mail address for AOTS contact, please let us know by filling in the Change of Details contact form on the AOTS website as follows.

Form for changing contact information

This contact form is for AOTS ex-trainees to contact KENSHU Magazine editors the change of details. It works on the same principle as the postal "CHANGE OF DETAILS CARD" enclosed with KENSHU Magazine. When you sending your information from this contact form, you need your AOTS membership number.

AOTS also encourages the use of Facebook for online communication among ex-trainees and others involved in AOTS.

The contents of the latest magazine (No.187, winter 2010) are made available in pdf file on the website.

AOTS will further promote active information provision and opinion exchange by developing the online network of ex-trainees. We greatly welcome your active participation in the form of contributions, proposals and other efforts.

With the shift from a print magazine to the website, we will put forth even greater effort in delivering useful information to every ex-trainee. We would be grateful for your continued warm support and cooperation.
