Specialized Technical Training
Specialized technical training is carried out, under the relevant training programs, at host companies or their associated companies to enable trainees to acquire the skills or techniques in specific fields required in developing countries. Through hands-on training experience, trainees are expected to acquire not only knowledge of techniques in specific fields but also their technical application.
AOTS gives the following assistance so that the specialized technical training is carried out effectively and smoothly.
- Consultation and advice when a host company makes a training program
- Consultation and advice about the training system for the acceptance of trainees
- Coordination of the training program, consultation and advice on trainees' daily life
In addition, trainees counselors and other AOTS staff members visit the trainees' specialized technical training sites to monitor the progress of training and to interview the trainees about their training and daily life in Japan.
