(3) Director-level senior executives or senior managers of companies dealing with facilities and technologies for water infrastructure system also are accepted. (4) If a company is working for infrastructure or plant construction projects awarded or implemented by Japanese companies, executives or managers of secondary or tertiary subcontractors can also be accepted.
