Management Training Courses

Management Training is group training implemented in AOTS Training Centers. Engineers as well as middle and top managers, etc., from developing countries are invited to Japan to acquire skills and techniques in business or factory management through understanding management concepts and observing real examples of their usage.

Various management training courses are arranged for groups in different languages, subjects and managerial positions based on the training needs of the developing countries concerned and the requests from organizations both in Japan and abroad.

Group Work during the EPCM Course

Management / Organization	To upgrade comprehensive problem-solving abilities in management, practical managerial skills, and managerial abilities in cross-cultural environment To enhance human- and organization-related problem-solving abilities To improve corporate management abilities by using information technology

Quality Management / Quality Control	To improve abilities to promote total quality management activities and to solve quality-related problems
Logistics Management	To upgrade management abilities for improving the efficiency of logistics systems

The Basic Requirements of Participants for Management Training Courses

The Basic Requirements of Participants for Management Training Courses are as follows:

1.	Participants should be citizens and residents of developing countries or regions.
2.	Participants should be university graduates and/or have equivalent professional experience.
3.	Participants should be between 25 and 60 years (There may be exceptional cases).
4.	Participants should have a sufficient working knowledge of the course language to understand lectures, participate in discussions, and make presentations and reports.
5.	Participants should be healthy enough to undergo an intensive training program in Japan.

Each Management Training Course has specific qualifications in addition to the basic requirements.
Participants can take specialized technical training in a company in Japan after completion of the Management Training Course if the application is made by a Japanese host company in Japan.

AOTS is planning to conduct various kinds of Management Training Courses in fiscal 2007 (from April 2007 to March 2008). Management Training Courses, that one not on the list will be announced as soon as the outline is fixed.
